Josh Prochotsky, 17, of Libertyville, a cancer survivor treated in 2008 with proton therapy for an inoperable brain tumor, joined the celebration of the cyclotron arrival at Illinois' first proton therapy center in Warrenville, a suburb west of Chicago.
