Ed Bertels has been in the healthcare management industry for 25 years, coming to ProCure from St. Anthony (Healthfirst), where he served as a vice president. Prior to St. Anthony, he was director of administrative services for INTEGRIS Physician Services, where he managed care for more than 15,000 lives. Mr. Bertels is a 30-year Air Force and Oklahoma Air National Guard veteran, retiring as a Medical Service Corps Lieutenant Colonel. He was commander from 1997 to 2005 of the 137th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron where he deployed to various conflicts, including Desert Storm (Iraq) and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).
Mr. Bertels is a board certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). He holds a BS in industrial management from Newman University, Wichita, Kansas, and an MA in management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Goad formed Radiation Medicine Associates (RMA) in 2001 with Dr. John Taylor. He specialized in radiation oncology when he was a resident at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he also completed a fellowship in radiation oncology. He has been board certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1992. Dr. Goad has expertise in Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and brachytherapy. Dr. Goad received his MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
