Many of our innovations have a direct, positive impact on the quality of care that a patient receives at a ProCure center. The dedicated medical teams and patient-centric design philosophy are just two examples of how we are passionate about creating an environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.
The radiation oncologists who treat patients at our centers are specially trained in proton therapy and have practice privileges at major hospitals in their community. They are leaders in the field and respected for their clinical excellence.
To ensure the patient's medical, emotional and physical needs are met, every patient is supported by a cross-functional Care Team. This team is dedicated to the patient's care throughout treatment and will manage every step in the process, from consultation through follow up. The team will also help patients plan for their additional medical needs while undergoing proton therapy.
Navigating the complexities of cancer treatment isn't easy. At ProCure Proton Therapy Centers, one of our nurses provides patients with a single point of contact to help schedule additional medical tests or other medical care and appointments that are needed outside of the center while a patient is receiving proton therapy.
Many patients must travel away from home and set up temporary living arrangements for four to eight weeks while they receive proton therapy. Being in a new place without the support of friends and family can be difficult. Our concierge service helps patients set up temporary homes and manage day-to-day needs, as well as connect them to new friends.
